What does the Rational warranty cover?

Will my warranty be void if Apeiron Catering does a repair?

We are accredited Rational Service Partners appointed by Rational themselves. Service Partners are the only people who are permitted to repair Rational catering equipment under warranty. It’s a simple and stress-free process because we deal with our customers directly and then speak to Rational, on your behalf, to recover any costs.
